He croons about Californication, which one has to assume is having some form of intercourse with a beach, or maybe a bridge if you listen to the previous album. California California.
The two other members, Chad Smith and Josh Kling-somethingrather, don't really matter to the lineup, and are perfectly replaceable. California, California California. LA, California.
Californication is at least a polished album, making even Flea’s frantic instrument abuse sound semi in time with the rest of the music. California California, and California.
